Play On, Dallas!
Q: How can we make art more accessible to the Dallas community?
A: By putting interactive art pieces (i.e. painted pianos) in public spaces for all to share and enjoy. Play On, Dallas! was the brainchild of a dear friend, Leigha Lugo, who asked for my help naming the project, writing the grant proposal, painting a few letters, and designing a brochure. The pianos were immediately a hit—the moment we dropped each off around Dallas, people began playing them!
